 tions for all hyperscale data centres until their environmental impacts ha
 ve been fully assessed\;PE2234: Reduce MSP Salaries to the Median Scottish
  Full-time Income\;PE2236: Transfer administration of mandatory charitable
  rates relief to independent third sector processes\;PE2237: Create a “s
 tage not age” health and social care and benefit system for people with 
 exceptional complex medical needs\; andPE2238: Automatically remove parent
 al rights upon the conviction of a child sexual/domestic abuse offence.\n3
 . Admissibility decision:  The Committee will decide whether a proposed pe
