Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the value of forward purchase contracts with the Bank of England for the financial years (a) 2016-17 and (b) 2017-18 is; and what proportion of his Department's expenditure in each of those years those figures represent.
