To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office, what process his Department has put in place to independently review and scrutinise the work of Veteran's UK advisors.

The next Quinquennial Review of the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme, due to commence in 2022, will review the process in place for Veterans UK Advisors.

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what plans he has to review the value of redundancy payments to civil servants.

The Government is consulting on reforms to the Civil Service Compensation Scheme to deliver a scheme that is fair to Civil Servants and taxpayers. We are currently holding discussions with Trade Unions with the aim of reaching an agreement on reforms. We will respond to the consultation in due course.
