Pass a law that only allows the sale of Quiet Fireworks to the general public.

Loud Fireworks can cause anxiety and distress to Animals, Elderly, Vunerable and Veterans. Fireworks are allowed to be 120 decibels, equivalent to a jet aircraft taking off. We want this reduced to 97 decibels, equivalent to a car door slamming, and only allowing anything above at public displays

Animals: Many animals find the noise from Fireworks scary. They become confused and panic.Many fleeing away from the noise causing injury to themselves.
Elderly: Are frequently scared and intimidated by Firework noises causing anxiety and distress.
The Vunerable: I.E Autistic Children can find the loud bangs distressing and frightening and incredibly overwhelming
Dementia Sufferers: Can become distressed and agitated causing heightened Anxiety and Stress.
War Veterans: Can effect ones with PTSD
