Remove religious studies as a compulsory subject from the national curriculum.

As a non religious individual I see no reason why my children need to be subject to any form of religion without my say so. The curriculum does not cater at all for atheist and I belive this to be a bias and discriminatory towards those whom do not belive or follow a religious group.

This should be something that children choose once in secondary school if they wish to do so, I do not want my children learning about it full stop.
I know there are a lot of parents out there who do not want their children to be educated on this at school and would much rather give their children an awareness at home instead and after speaking to a lot of friends and family I have decided to set up this petition.
