Make de-escalation training mandatory for all MPs and their staff

MPs are extremely likely to encounter protestors. Most of which are non-violent and take the form of civil disobedience or disruption. This regulation of de-escalation training will protect both parties; because the public can protest with reasonable assurance of safety, and MPs can better assess the difference between credible and non-credible threats, in the same way our police do.
