Prioritise coronavirus testing for people with learning disabilities

The death rate for people with learning disabilities in care has increased by 175% during the Coronavirus outbreak. Yet they are denied testing if they are asymptomatic. We call on the Govt. to allow coronavirus testing for asymptomatic people with learning disabilities in care.
