Student tuition fees for 2020/21 should be refunded due to the impact of COVID19

Arts courses, such as drama, have been particularly affected. Social distancing measures have prevented adequate face to face work. The government should recognise their inability to provide reasonably priced education this year and provide a refund to eligible university students.
