Rather than securing Scotland's place in the UK, we believe that devolution has simply furthered the cause of breaking up of the UK. Scotland has not flourished under devolution.

There are concerns about falling standards in all areas of devolved competence, including education, health targets, local services, roads and infrastructure.

It’s time to ask if Scotland's needs are better served by Westminster rather than Holyrood.
