Invoke Article 13 of the North Atlantic Treaty to withdraw the UK from (NATO).

The UK was a founding member of NATO, which was established to address a perceived threat from the Soviet Union. But the USSR dissolved in 1991, so NATO’s initial reason to exist disappeared. But rather than winding up its operations NATO nearly doubled the number of member states.
