Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, how many fines have been issued for non-compliance with the People with Significant Control register; and how much has been paid in such fines.

No fines have been issued for non-compliance with the requirements to file people with significant control information (PSC) with Companies House.

Compliance is Companies House’ primary aim, rather than prosecution. It is taking action to ensure that all companies on the active register report their PSC information.
