Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment he has made of the effect of (a) delays to people seeking care and (b) reduced access to routine tests and treatments during the covid-19 outbreak on the number of excess deaths from heart and circulatory disease among people aged under 65.
