We are aware of the interest around this issue and, at the request of the Open University, officials from the Department for Education, the Department for International Trade, and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office have met the Open University to discuss its use of a restricted countries list in its application process, focusing on Cuba.

We are continuing to work together to find a long-term solution to this issue.
