Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what discussions she has had with her Israeli counterpart on the eviction and demolition of the home of the Salhiye family in Sheikh Jarrah, in Occupied East Jerusalem; and if she will make it her policy to refer the Israeli Government to the International Criminal Court for war crimes of forcible transfer of protected persons and wanton destruction of seized property; and if she will make a statement.
