Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many non-patient donors who had ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome were categorised as grade (a) A and (b) B in each year for which information is available.

This information is not collected. The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority has advised that it does not require licensed fertility clinics to differentiate between patient or non-patient donor incidents.
