The business case for the establishment of the Government Property Agency is developed in collaboration with government departments to capture their requirements for an integrated approach to property services delivery across government. The GPA’s business case will undergo a rigorous assurance including submission for approval to HM Treasury. Publication of a business case in these circumstances would be prejudicial to the effective audit of the policy proposals included in the business case. Final policy proposals including details of the benefits likely to be realised will be published in due course in the usual manner on gov.uk.
