Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many successful applications have been made in Crown Courts in England and Wales under section 41(2) of the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999 enabling defence lawyers to cross-examine rape complainants about their sexual history in each of the last five years.
