Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what proportion of parents who have successfully applied for tax-free childcare are self-employed.

Around 10% of successful applicants for Tax-Free Childcare are self-employed or have a partner who is self-employed. Self-employed parents do not have access to Employer Supported Childcare.
