Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answer of 20 December 2022 to Question 110819, on Members: Correspondence, for what reason his Department has yet to respond to correspondence dated 23 November 2022 from the hon. Member for Liverpool Walton; what his Department's target is for responding to correspondence from hon. Members; and in what proportion of cases that target is met.

We will answer the hon. Member’s correspondence of 23 November 2022 as soon as possible. The Department has a target of replying to correspondence from colleagues from both Houses of twenty working days. Performance against this target is reported on annually by the Cabinet Office.
