As outlined in the answer I gave on 29 January 2018 to Question 124308, the Department will be carrying out an administrative exercise to ensure that claimants receive the correct Personal Independence Payment award, following the decision not to appeal the High Court’s judgment handed down in the judicial review.

The administrative cost will depend on a number of factors, including the number of cases identified.
