Criminal Injuries Compensation: Offences against Children

Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what recent assessment he has made of the effect of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme's policy on consent to sexual assault on victims who are under 16 years of age and do not qualify for compensation.
