Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, how long the recruitment of a replacement chief executive of the Crown Commercial Service is planned to take; where that position will be advertised; and for how long those advertisements will run.

The recruitment campaign is currently being planned. This is a key role in the Civil Service and we hope to attract a wide range of talent to apply. Cabinet Office and CCS are committed to following the recruitment principles set out by the Civil Service Commission. The current Chief Executive will be in post until July. We will work to ensure an orderly transition.
