Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, pursuant to the Answer of 20 February 2018 to Question 127236 on schools: standards, how many of the 74 maintained schools issued with an inadequate rating by Ofsted as at January 2018 have subsequently been re-inspected and are no longer rated inadequate.

This is a matter for Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector, Amanda Spielman. I have asked her to write to the hon. Member and a copy of her reply will be placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
