As previously stated by my Hon. Friend the Member for Wycombe and Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Department for Exiting the European Union in response to a similar question (IUN: 126627), we believe the effects of existing international agreements to which we are a party, should continue to apply during the Implementation Period. We are working with partner countries on the detail of this.

We will continue to work with partner countries to agree how best to ensure continuity beyond the Implementation Period.
