Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will publish the number of violent incidences by type of incident that have occurred at HMP Berwyn in each month since March 2020.

We routinely publish figures for assaults by establishment as part of the Safety in Custody statistics. These statistical bulletins include breakdowns (at prison level) for prisoner-on-prisoner assault and prisoner-on-staff assault, including by serious assaults.
