The information requested is not collected. Section 19 of the Gangmasters Licensing Act 2004 makes provision for the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority to share information for the purposes of the Act, or for any purpose connected with the exercise of its functions under the Act. This includes sharing intelligence reports with Immigration Enforcement which may include information relating to illegal working.
