Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many (a) white, (b) black, (c) Asian and (d) mixed race individuals were on the automated facial recognition watchlist for Notting Hill carnival in 2017.

A decision to deploy a facial recognition system is an operational one for the police.
