Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what guidance he has provided to arms-length bodies with regulatory functions on data sharing with each other.

New ALB Guidance was published by the Cabinet Office on 14 March 2018, which complements The Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015 and the Government’s Response to Data Sharing for Non-Economic Regulators published on March 2015.
