Officials from the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) have met a number of times and discussed call connection services. DCMS have held follow up discussions with Ofcom and the Phone-paid Services Authority (the regulator of Premium Rate Services) and will be bringing together all parties on this issue.
