Social Mobility Commission: Public Appointments

Question to the Department for Education:
To ask the Secretary of State for Education, how many commissioners he plans to appoint to the board of the Social Mobility Commission.

We are committed to appointing a sufficient number of high quality Commissioners to enable the Social Mobility Commission to carry out its functions effectively and will decide the final number once the new Chair is appointed.
