Universities UK: Freedom of Information

Question to the Department for Education:
To ask the Secretary of State for Education, if she will make it her policy to make Universities UK subject to Freedom of Information requests.
This question was answered on 24th April 2018
Universities UK does not meet the criteria for being added to the scope of the Freedom of Information Act and there are no plans to alter this.
