Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, if the Government supports the explicit inclusion of (a) domestic workers and (b) unpaid care workers in the proposed International Labour Organization Convention on ending violence and harassment in the world of work.

The Government is committed to ending violence and harassment against workers. We are fully engaged in discussions at the International Labour Organisation on the development of measures which if agreed, would provide an international legal framework in this area.
