To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many in-patient NHS beds for mental health patients Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust provided on its own premises on 1 June (a) 2010, (b) 2011, (c) 2012, (d) 2013, (e) 2014 and (f) 2015; and what the locations of those beds was on each such date.
