Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what her Department's policy is on the length of time taken to resume Employment and Support Allowance Payments following a successful appeal.

We aim to resume payment within 48 hours of receipt from HMCTS.
