Station operators are responsible for ensuring the stations which they manage are safe, secure and accessible. All station operators must comply with an Accessible Travel Policy that sets out, amongst other things, the arrangements and assistance that an operator will provide to protect the interests of disabled customers. As part of that operators must set out the waiting facilities that are provided.
