Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, when he plans to publish the outcome of the consultation on restraint and restrictive intervention for children and young people with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and mental health issues.

Responses to the consultation on ‘Reducing the Need for Restraint and Restrictive Intervention’ have been analysed. The guidance is currently being updated in light of the responses and is due to be published soon.
