The Office for National Statistics publishes information on the number of domestic abuse-related offences recorded by the police in England and Wales and the number of domestic abuse prosecutions.

However, it is not possible to link police recorded offences to prosecutions data as they are collected on a separate basis. The most recent statistical bulletin ‘Domestic abuse in England and Wales: year ending March 2017’ can be found at this link: https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/crimeandjustice/bulletins/domesticabuseinenglandandwales/yearendingmarch2017
