Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, how many of his officials have duties associated with enforcing the British Indian Ocean Territory (Chagos Islands) Marine Protected Area.

It is the responsibility of the British Indian Ocean Territory Administration to ensure enforcement of the Marine Protected Area of the British Indian Ocean Territory (Chagos Islands). There are no FCDO officials with duties associated with enforcing this Marine Protected Area.
