The number of offenders convicted for breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order and the number of offenders sentenced to immediate custody for breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order in each year since 2014/15 can be found in the ‘Outcomes by offence data tool’ at: https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/criminal-justice-system-statistics-quarterly-december-2017

Filter by ‘Offence’ and search: ’66.7 Breach of a criminal behaviour order’.

Criminal Behaviour Orders were introduced in October 2014 by the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, and time for this disposal to gain traction in the courts should be considered.
