Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how may prosecutions relating to attacks by dogs on private property have been made in Lancashire since the introduction of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

The Ministry of Justice does not collect this data as it is not possible to identify between offences that have taken place on private or public land.
