Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether his Female Offender Strategy for England will incur Barnett consequentials for Wales.

The female offender strategy applies across England and Wales.
We do not believe that there will be any Barnett consequentials, however we will keep funding under review as this work progresses.
We will continue to work with the Welsh Government and other partners to ensure justice services are delivered in a way that reflects the Welsh landscape to improve outcomes for female offenders.
