Ministers from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy have conversations with the Director of Labour Market Enforcement on all aspects of labour market enforcement including the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate.

In response to the Taylor Review of Modern Working Practices, the Government has already committed to extending the remit of the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate. The government consulted earlier this year on this issue and is considering fully the views expressed on how this extension of remit is achieved and will set out further information in due course.
