Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to his answer of 18 July 2018 to Question 163805 on Industrial Disputes: Ballots, when that meeting is planned to take place; and who the invitees will be.

The Department will, in due course, arrange a round table involving relevant organisations and professionals to discuss and seek their advice and recommendations concerning Sir Ken Knight’s report on his review of electronic balloting for industrial action. We will invite representatives from the range of interested groups including employer and employee representative bodies.
