Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to his answer of 13 November 2017 to Question 111406 on Prescriptions: Fees and Charges, how many penalty charges have been issued in respect of wrongly claimed NHS prescriptions in each month since September 2017 for which figures are available.
