Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what estimate he has made of the cost to the public purse of court applications to extend supervision due to community sentence unpaid work going unfulfilled were made by his Department since 2010; and if he will publish the dates for which data can be provided at a proportionate cost starting in the current year.

HMPPS and HMCTS do not hold data on cost of court applications to extend supervision of Unpaid Work requirements.
