Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many junior soldiers have appealed against a decision of the disciplinary procedure at AFC Harrogate in each of the last 10 years.

The table below shows the number of Junior Soldiers subject to disciplinary procedures while at Army Foundation College (AFC), Harrogate in each of the last ten years. There have been less than five appeals against the associated disciplinary procedure decisions over this period.
