Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many operational support grade staff employed by the National Offender Management Service on 31 March 2014 were employed on (a) temporary, (b) fixed-term and (c) full-time contracts.

Information on the number of operational support grade staff that were employed by National Offender Management Service (NOMS) as at the 31 March 2014, broken down by contract type is contained in the table below. The information refers to staff directly employed by NOMS and does not include staff engaged through an agency. A fixed-term contract is the same as a temporary contract.
