Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what additional support will be made available to people who cannot afford the EU Settlement Scheme application fee.
This question was answered on 25th January 2019
The approach to fees is reasonable, proportionate and fair to all EU citizens. Nonetheless, the situation will be kept under review as we move forward with the implementation of the scheme.
