Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, how many non-disclosure agreements his Department has signed with (a) companies and (b) trade associations advising the Government on preparations for contingency planning for the UK leaving the EU without a deal.

The FCO holds no central records of non-disclosure agreements with any third party. Authority to enter into contracts is devolved to individual Directorates and Posts It would not be possible to search all records without incurring disproportionate cost.
