Question to the Department for Education:
To ask the Secretary of State for Education, how many Sikhs are employed in his Department; and whether they are recorded as (a) an ethnic or (b) a religious group.
This question was answered on 1st February 2019
As at 31 December 2018, 73 civil servants in the department were recorded as being Sikhs, as a religious group.
